Sunday’s Match

  • Stakes – $20/guy – Winning team takes all.
    • Don’t cheat, it would be a stain on the legacy of the Ballantine Cup and you will be forever besmirched the annals of Ballantine Lore.
  • Captains were selected by the Executive Council based on their relative evenness in handicaps and your tenure in the Ballantine Cup, giving them an extensive knowledge of the players and their abilities.. They are:
    • Capt. Bullis
    • Capt. Lindberg
    • Capt. Muenkel
    • Capt. Reich
    • Capt. Roudabush
  • We’re sending this to you early so you can use this time and the rounds before Sunday to assess the players available.
    • Start putting prices on people like they’re cattle.
  • Nominating
    • Nominating will start Saturday night at the Blue House somewhere around 9:00.
    • When initially nominated, they are allowed the floor if they choose to talk up their game and how they can benefit the team.
  • Captains will get a $200 budget to bid with.
  • After the teams are set, remaining budgets will used for bidding on tee times.
    • First tee time is 8:10am, so if you want a little more sleep, don’t cost so much.

If anyone is up for it, we can have lunch at The Highlands Restaurant which is on The General.
